Notifications and status delays
Why a reminder did not arrive and why some changes appear immediately while others do not.
A reminder did not arrive
- Confirm the recipient is an owner or admin. Managers do not receive reminder emails.
- Confirm the credential has an expiration date. Without one, no reminder is ever generated.
- Confirm today matches a milestone: 90, 60, 30, 14, or 7 days before expiration, the expiration day, or the single follow-up after.
- Check whether a submission for that credential is awaiting review, which suppresses the ordinary reminder.
- Confirm your plan includes reminders.
- Check spam and quarantine folders.
- As the owner, trigger a manual test run from Settings → Reminder emails.
A milestone was skipped
At most one reminder is sent per credential per run — the most urgent one outstanding. If several milestones passed in a gap, only the most urgent is sent and earlier ones are skipped for that cycle. This is deliberate, to avoid a burst of stale emails.
Reminders stopped entirely
After the expiration day and one follow-up, reminders stop. There is no recurring escalation. Ongoing visibility comes from the Action Center.
Immediate vs. scheduled
- Immediate — credential status, requirement status, matrix cells, Action Center items, Dashboard metrics, and report figures. All derived on read.
- Scheduled — reminder emails and Renewal Autopilot task creation. These run on their own cadence.
