Settings overview

Settings is organized into sections. Which ones you see depends on your role.

Workspace

Your company's name as it appears across ComplyNestly. Only the owner can change it.

Team & locations

Shortcuts to Manage team and Manage locations. Visible to owners and admins, who control who has access, their roles, and which locations they can see.

Account

Your personal profile details — first name, last name, and email. Every member manages their own.

Appearance

Choose how ComplyNestly looks on this device. The setting is per-device, not per-account.

Employee Portal

Portal and Renewal Autopilot configuration. Visible to owners and admins. This is where self-service upload and renewal automation are turned on.

Reminder emails

Automatic reminders are active for owners and admins as credentials approach expiration. The owner can trigger a manual test run here; other roles see a note explaining that only the owner can do so.

Billing is on its own page rather than inside Settings sections.
