From insight to action

Each Dashboard signal has a natural destination. Use this mapping instead of working from the Dashboard itself.

Signal to destination

• Expired or Expiring Soon is non-zero — go to the Action Center and clear critical and high items first.
• Employees Missing Requirements is non-zero — go to the Compliance Matrix and filter to missing cells.
• Employees Without Credentials is non-zero — open each profile and record what they hold.
• A specific location looks worse than the rest — open the Location Comparison report.
• You need to explain the position to someone else — generate the Executive Compliance Brief or a Compliance Packet.

A workable loop

1. 1Open the Dashboard and read the metric cards.
2. 2Pick the single worst signal rather than trying to address all of them.
3. 3Move to the corresponding screen and resolve items there.
4. 4Return to the Dashboard only to confirm the number moved.
