Employee profile and portal link
What each section of an employee's profile does, including the Secure Credential Profile and Employee Portal cards.
Profile sections
- Details — job title, department, location, email, phone, employee number, and hire date.
- Roles and direct requirements — what this person is required to hold.
- Requirements status — each required credential type and whether it is covered.
- Credentials — active credentials, with archived ones listed separately.
- Secure Credential Profile — a shareable, read-only view for auditors, GCs, or clients.
- Employee Portal — generate a secure upload link for the employee.
Secure Credential Profile
This produces a read-only link that requires no login and opens a verification view of the employee's credentials. Use it when an auditor, general contractor, or client asks for proof.
Employee Portal link
- 1Confirm the employee portal is enabled in Settings.
- 2In the Employee Portal card, select Generate portal link.
- 3Copy the link, download the QR code, or select the option to email it to the employee's address on file.
An active link shows its expiration date and last-used date. Select Regenerate to issue a fresh link, or Revoke to invalidate the existing one immediately.
Requesting a renewal
On a credential row, select Request renewal to send a secure renewal link. If a renewal is already in flight, the row links to the existing request instead, showing Renewal pending or Renewal submitted.
