Compliance Briefs

Using briefs operationally

Where briefs fit in a weekly and monthly rhythm, and how to use them without over-relying on them.

Daily

Read the Dashboard's AI Compliance Brief as a thirty-second orientation, then move to the Action Center to work. The brief tells you the shape of the day; it is not the queue.

Weekly

  1. 1Open the Reports page and read the Executive Compliance Brief.
  2. 2Read the AI Change Narrative to see what moved during the week.
  3. 3Compare against last week's position and note anything trending the wrong way.
  4. 4Turn the two or three real problems into concrete assignments.

Monthly and per audit

  • Use the Executive Compliance Brief as the cover summary for a Compliance Packet.
  • Pair it with a filtered Compliance Matrix export so the narrative is backed by data.
  • Keep a dated copy of both so you can show trend rather than a single snapshot.

Using them well

  • Verify any specific figure before repeating it externally.
  • Edit the wording before sending it to leadership or a client — briefs are drafts.
  • Do not substitute a brief for the Missing Requirements report when assigning remediation work.
