Quick start
Go from an empty workspace to a real compliance signal in five steps: employee, credential type, credential, requirement, review.
This is the shortest path to a working setup. Do it with one real employee and one real credential rather than test data, so the results you see are meaningful.
Five steps
- 1Optional: go to Locations and add your sites if you operate in more than one place.
- 2Go to Employees and select Add employee. First name and last name are the only required fields.
- 3Go to Requirements → Credential Types and add the licenses or certifications you track.
- 4Open the employee's profile and add a credential, including its expiration date.
- 5Optional but recommended: go to Requirements and create a role template, then assign it to the employee.
Confirm it worked
Return to the Dashboard. Your metric cards should reflect the employee and credential you added, and the Get started with ComplyNestly checklist should show the three required steps complete.
What to do next
- Add the rest of your employees.
- On a paid plan, open the Compliance Matrix to see the full grid of employees against required credential types.
- On a paid plan, open the Action Center to work the prioritized queue.
