Dashboard overview
What each section of the Dashboard shows and how it is assembled from your live records.
The Dashboard is the daily landing page. Everything on it is computed from current records at page load — there is no cached or nightly-refreshed snapshot.
Sections
- Get started with ComplyNestly — the setup checklist, shown only until the three required steps are complete.
- Metric cards — Employees Needing Attention, Active Employees, Credentials, Expiring Soon, and Expired.
- AI Compliance Brief — a plain-English summary of your current position, on paid plans.
- Needs Attention — employees with expiring, expired, or missing credential coverage.
- Employees Without Credentials — people with no credential records at all.
- Requirements — Missing Required Credentials and Employees Missing Requirements counts.
What the Dashboard is for
It answers two questions: is anything on fire right now, and is my overall position getting better or worse. It is not a work queue — the Action Center is.
Managers see Dashboard figures scoped to their assigned locations.
