Getting Started

Add the first credential

Record a license or certification against an employee and set the expiration date that drives status.

Record a credential

  1. 1Open the employee's profile from Employees.
  2. 2Select the action to add a credential.
  3. 3Choose a Credential type from your catalog, or select Custom / Other to record something outside the catalog.
  4. 4Enter Credential / license number, Issuing authority, Issue date, and Expiration date as applicable.
  5. 5Optionally attach the document and add Notes, then save.

Why the expiration date matters

Expiration date is the single input that determines status. A credential with no expiration date is recorded as no expiration and is never treated as a risk. A credential expiring within thirty days is expiring soon. Past that date, it is expired.
