Reading KPIs and signals

Metric cards

• Employees Needing Attention — employees whose credentials or requirements are not fully in order.
• Active Employees — employees who are not archived. This is also the count measured against your plan's employee limit.
• Credentials — active credential records across the company.
• Expiring Soon — credentials expiring within the next thirty days.
• Expired — credentials whose expiration date has already passed.

Requirement figures

• Missing Required Credentials — the number of required credential assignments with no matching credential on file.
• Employees Missing Requirements — the number of people with at least one such gap.

Interpreting movement

• Expired rising while Expiring Soon falls means renewals are being missed, not completed.
• Missing Required Credentials rising after a requirements change is expected — you just raised the bar.
• Employees Without Credentials staying high usually means onboarding records are not being entered.
