Readiness, missing, and expirations
The three core operational reports, what each one is for, and how they differ.
Credential Readiness Summary
A company-wide snapshot: employees grouped by requirement status, and required credentials broken out by type. Use it to answer how ready the organization is overall and which credential types carry the most risk.
Missing Requirements
Every employee currently missing a company-required credential, with the role template or direct requirement that calls for it. This is the report to work from when closing gaps, because it names the source of each requirement.
Expiring & Expired Credentials
Credentials expiring soon or already past their date, annotated with whether the company actually requires them. That annotation matters — an expired credential nobody requires is a different problem from an expired required one.
Choosing between them
- Reporting upward on overall position — Credential Readiness Summary.
- Assigning remediation work — Missing Requirements.
- Planning the next ninety days of renewals — Expiring & Expired Credentials.
- Showing coverage across the whole population — Compliance Matrix.
