Getting Started

What ComplyNestly does

The scope of the product: credential tracking, requirement comparison, renewals, reporting, and where the boundaries are.

What it tracks

  • Employee records, including job title, department, location, employee number, and hire date.
  • Credentials with issue dates, expiration dates, issuing authority, credential numbers, notes, and an optional uploaded document.
  • Company requirements, defined through a credential type catalog, role templates, and direct per-employee requirements.

What it derives

  • Credential status: current, expiring soon, expired, or no expiration.
  • Requirement status per employee: ready, missing required, expiring required, expired required, or no requirements.
  • Compliance Matrix cells across employees and required credential types.
  • Prioritized Action Center items and report figures.

What it automates

  • Expiration reminder emails to owners and admins at fixed milestones.
  • Renewal Autopilot tasks for required credentials that are missing, expiring, or expired.
  • AI extraction of credential details from an uploaded document when a credential is first created.
  • AI summaries, briefs, and explanations across the Dashboard, Compliance Matrix, Reports, and Ask ComplyNestly.

What it does not do

  • It does not approve, reject, or renew a credential without a person deciding.
  • It does not import employees from a CSV file.
  • It does not provide legal, regulatory, or licensing advice.
  • It is not a system of record for medical or patient information.
