Copilot presents a prioritized view of what deserves attention, drawn from the same underlying records as the Action Center but expressed as reasoning rather than a table.

• Use it when you want the why behind the ranking, not just the ranking.
• Use it to brief someone who does not work in the product daily.
• Use the Action Center itself when you want to work items one by one.

Change Intelligence

Change Intelligence summarizes recent compliance activity — what moved, what was added, and what lapsed since you last looked.

• Use it after time away to catch up quickly.
• Use it before a weekly review to frame the discussion.
• Use it to confirm that a remediation push actually landed.

Both are available on Pro and Business plans.
