Employees

Search, filter, and assign

Use the Employees filters to isolate a cohort, then assign roles or direct requirements to them.

Filters

Four independent controls sit above the list, plus a name search.

  • Search by name — free-text match on the employee's name.
  • Employment status — Active, Inactive, Archived, or All. Defaults to Active.
  • Compliance status — All, Current, Expiring Soon, Attention Needed, or No Credentials.
  • Requirement status — All, Missing Required, Expired Required, Expiring Required, Ready, or No Requirements.
  • Location — All locations or a specific site, shown when locations exist.

Useful combinations

  • Active + Expired Required — people currently working without valid required coverage.
  • Active + No Requirements — people no role template covers, usually a setup gap.
  • Active + No Credentials — people whose records were created but never populated.
  • One location + Missing Required — a site-specific remediation list.

Assigning requirements

  1. 1Open an employee's profile from the filtered list.
  2. 2Assign a role template in the roles section to apply that role's credential types.
  3. 3Add a direct requirement for anything specific to this person.

Role and direct requirements are assigned per employee. There is no bulk assignment action.
