Employee Portal toggles

• Enable the employee portal — lets managers generate secure links so employees can upload their own credential documents. Every submission still requires manager review.
• Allow employees to upload documents (not just enter details) — when off, employees can submit details but not attach files.
• Email employees when their submission is approved or rejected — sends the outcome to the employee's address on file.

Renewal Autopilot toggles

• Enable Renewal Autopilot — automatically creates a renewal task when a required credential is missing, expiring, or expired.
• Automatically email the employee a secure renewal link — when off, tasks are still created but a manager sends each request manually.

Appearance

The theme selector controls how ComplyNestly looks on the current device. It does not change anything for your colleagues.

Reminder test run

Under Reminder emails, the owner can trigger a manual test run to confirm that reminder delivery is working. Use it after changing email infrastructure or when investigating a report that reminders are not arriving.
