Product guides for ComplyNestly customers and their teams.

Getting Started

Create requirements

Define which credential types your employees must hold, using role templates or direct per-employee requirements.

Requirements are what turn a list of credentials into a compliance picture. Until you define them, ComplyNestly can only report what people hold — not what they are missing.

Build the catalog

  1. 1Go to Requirements → Credential Types.
  2. 2Add each license, certification, or training record you track, using the name your team already uses.
  3. 3Keep the list tight. One credential type per distinct thing you verify.

Create role templates

  1. 1Go to Requirements → Role Templates.
  2. 2Create a role that reflects how you actually staff, such as Field Technician or Site Supervisor.
  3. 3Attach the credential types that role must hold.
  4. 4Assign the role to employees from their profile.

Direct requirements

For one-off cases, add a requirement directly on an employee's profile. Direct requirements combine with role-based ones to produce that employee's effective requirements.
