Create requirements
Define which credential types your employees must hold, using role templates or direct per-employee requirements.
Requirements are what turn a list of credentials into a compliance picture. Until you define them, ComplyNestly can only report what people hold — not what they are missing.
Build the catalog
- 1Go to Requirements → Credential Types.
- 2Add each license, certification, or training record you track, using the name your team already uses.
- 3Keep the list tight. One credential type per distinct thing you verify.
Create role templates
- 1Go to Requirements → Role Templates.
- 2Create a role that reflects how you actually staff, such as Field Technician or Site Supervisor.
- 3Attach the credential types that role must hold.
- 4Assign the role to employees from their profile.
Direct requirements
For one-off cases, add a requirement directly on an employee's profile. Direct requirements combine with role-based ones to produce that employee's effective requirements.
