The service

ComplyNestly is a tool for tracking employee credentials, licenses, certifications, and related compliance requirements. It is an organizational and record-keeping tool. ComplyNestly does not guarantee compliance with any law, regulation, industry standard, or contractual requirement — you remain solely responsible for meeting your own legal and regulatory obligations.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Each company's data is isolated from other companies using ComplyNestly.

Subscriptions and billing

ComplyNestly offers a Free plan and paid Pro/Business subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected) and can be managed or canceled at any time from Settings → Billing. Plan limits and features are described on our Pricing page.

Your data

You retain ownership of the data you and your team enter into ComplyNestly. We access it only as needed to operate the service, provide support, or as required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access another company's data, interfering with the service's normal operation, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ComplyNestly is not a substitute for professional legal, safety, or compliance advice, and does not guarantee that use of the service will satisfy any particular regulatory, contractual, or industry requirement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ComplyNestly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
